Need to return or exchange an item? No worries!

If you are looking for an exchange, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page! In the "message" field, give your name and original order number and what you are looking to exchange it with! Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible. 

If you are looking to do a return, follow the steps below!

Step1: See if you're eligible

Returns / Exchanges are accepted with prior approval within 15 days of receiving your order.

Closeout, clearance, non-current and helmets are final sales- no returns accepted. Sale items may be exchanged based on our in-stock, limited availability.

Customer is responsible for all return-shipping charges unless we were in error. All items returned must be in new, unused and uninstalled condition with original tags attached and/or unopened packaging.

Please include copy of original packing slip along with reason for return/exchange.

Step 2: Fill out the form at the bottom of this page so we know to look out for your package. In the form, include the following:

  • Name on the order/Order number
  • Any tracking information you have on the package you are sending back to us
  • Reason for return

Refunds
Refunds will be given after receipt and inspection of returned item and will be for the amount paid minus the shipping costs. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Warranty
Please contact us before shipping a warranty item back. All warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. If we accept the warranty shipment, Rob's Performance Motorsports will submit your product to the manufacturer for an evaluation. The manufacturer will determine whether the product qualifies for warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
