We ship USPS or UPS depending on a variety of criteria. We are opened Tuesday - Saturday. If your order comes in during those times, we will most likely get it shipped out that day or the following day. Shipping rates are based on your location and the size of your package. We ship from Johnson Creek, WI.

If you notice an error or want to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Since we try to move fast, it is possible your order was already shipped not allowing us to make changes. However, upon contact we will work with you to find a solution.
Unfortunately, no. We run promotions often and can't price match if you purchased something outside of the promotion dates. You can sign up for our emails to be the first to know about our deals!
Yes! Upon checkout, there will be an option for "Local Pickup". Once we get the order, we will get it ready and you will receive a notification when it's ready! You do have to pay prior to pick up, but obviously no shipping costs!
If you are eligible for a return(see our return policy here),you just send back your item and upon arrival we will issue you a refund. If you are looking for an exchange, please reach out and we will put the desired item aside until we get your return and ship the new item out as soon as possible.
Yes! Just call our store during hours and we can help answer any questions and get an order placed!
We are working on a "compatibility" section on our product pages. For now, if you have questions about fit, just reach out! You can also copy the SKU and paste it into google to find more information. :)

Yes!! We are located out of the dealership in Johnson Creek, WI! Everything you see online we sell at our dealership as well. We wanted to expand the business and move to the endless web world. Although we are a sister business of Rob's performance not everything overlaps. For example: Gift cards from the dealership do not work online and vice versa.
